This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit jetconnections.com (the “Website”), request aviation services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes choices and rights that may be available to you.
By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit personal information through it.
Information you provide
• Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and preferred method of contact.
• Flight-request information, such as departure and arrival locations, dates, times, number of passengers, aircraft preferences, special requests, and related itinerary details.
• Communications and records of your inquiries, requests, feedback, or correspondence with our team.
• Passenger, identity, travel-document, payment, and other booking information that may be requested after the initial inquiry when needed to evaluate, arrange, or perform a flight. The Website does not currently process flight payments directly.
Information collected automatically
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links selected, and dates and times of visits.
• Cookie and advertising information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These technologies may recognize your browser or device and help measure traffic, understand Website use, and evaluate or personalize advertising.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from passengers, clients, representatives, aviation operators, service providers, referral partners, publicly available sources, and advertising or analytics partners when permitted by law.
• Respond to inquiries and prepare, evaluate, and follow up on flight requests.
• Provide or arrange air transportation and related services, including identifying appropriate aircraft and third-party operators.

• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and our services.

• Jet Connections personnel, affiliates, and professional advisers who need it for legitimate business purposes.
• Certified or otherwise authorized third-party air carriers and aircraft operators when Jet Connections arranges a flight that it will not operate directly.
• Aviation and travel service providers, such as fixed-base operators, ground transportation providers, caterers, hotels, security providers, and other vendors needed to fulfill a request.
• Technology, hosting, communications, customer-management, security, analytics, and advertising providers, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel providers.
• Government, regulatory, airport, customs, immigration, law-enforcement, or other authorities where required or permitted by law.
• Parties to a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may also disclose information at your direction, with your consent, or when necessary to protect legal rights, safety, and security. We do not disclose personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands.

You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us. Service-related communications about an active inquiry or booking may still be sent.

The categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers; customer records; commercial and transaction information; internet or electronic network activity; geolocation derived from IP address; professional information; and inferences drawn from Website or advertising activity. Jet Connections is located in the United States. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passports, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary Website inquiry form unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website. Information about a minor passenger may be collected from a parent, guardian, or booking party when necessary for a flight.
