At Jet Connections, training is more than a calendar requirement; it’s a continuous process. Cockpit Resource Management plays a major role in our training program, and our pilots are selected on the basis of ability, as well as attitude. Jet Connections Captains attend recurrent simulator training at FlightSafety International every six months.
